Terms and Conditions

1. Fee Policies

1. All course fees are payable in advance.
2. Fees are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
3. Fees must be paid by the due date; otherwise, a fine of Rs.10 per day will be charged.
4. Diploma, examination, and registration fees are compulsory.
5. Batch transfer fee of Rs.100 (non-refundable) will be charged if applicable.
6. Students must keep all fee receipts until the completion of the course for final clearance.
7. Always demand a proper receipt for any payment. It must bear the authorized signature or official seal of the institute.

2. Attendance and Breaks

1. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible for the final examination.
2. If a student remains absent for more than 15 consecutive days without information, their registration will be cancelled and fees will not be refunded.
3. Students are allowed a 1-month examination break without fine. Beyond this period, a fine of Rs.200 per month will be charged.

3. Discipline and Conduct

1. Students must observe strict discipline at all times.
2. Each student must carry their identity card while attending classes.
3. Use of mobile phones or any communication device during class is strictly prohibited.
4. Any case of misconduct or indiscipline will lead to immediate expulsion without prior notice and no refund of fees.

4. Classes and Batches

1. If classes do not commence within 15 days of admission, registration will be automatically cancelled.
2. Class timings will be as per batch schedule and the institute’s planning.
3. Batch transfers are generally not permitted. If permitted, requisite charges must be paid.
4. The institute reserves the right to change class timings, venue, syllabus, or schedule whenever required for smooth functioning.

5. Certification

1. Students will not be issued any certificate or diploma if they leave the course midway.

6. Management Rights

1. Rules and regulations may be framed, revised, or changed by the management at any time in the interest of the institute.
2. The decision of the management shall be final and binding on all matters.
